"I have never been discriminated against for being a woman. I have always been treated as an equal person on the level as human being. I have been treated according to my level of expertise in the field but never in a negative way. "

"There is still a large gap in terms of the number of women versus men, which I imagine this is the case for every other aerospace company. The department I am in is about 30% women, and I have never felt disrespected due to my gender,"

"You will not get support so you need to manage your own career. You are expected to overlook when other folks don't do their job, yet not complain. Don't go to HR unless you have no other path, they are not responsive to harassment concerns."
