"I would tell another woman that UTC is very accommodating to working mothers. Also, they are very devoted to having a gender parity in all leadership levels by 2030. "

"If you thought you knew the culture of UTAS before, be sure to look again. The company is making big strides toward work/life balance and building an inclusive, empowered workforce. Policies are changing and manager training is widespread."

"The maternity policy changed since I was on leave. Now the policy is 8 weeks paid for giving birth and an additional 4 weeks paid family leave (12 weeks paid total for giving birth). The 4 weeks paid family leave also applies to adoptive mothers. Fathers are also eligible for the 4 weeks paid family leave for birth or adoption."

"I would tell her that the odds are stacked in her favor because she's a woman. I feel that our company promotes women and minorities ahead of white males."
