"I was able to take 12 weeks maternity leave and 4 weeks family leave. The family leave can be taken at any time within a year in one week increments. I used my family leave back to back with the maternity leave weeks. "

"The amount of flexibility is manager dependent. Some are very flexible and others are not. It also is dependent on the project you are assigned to. When it is a high profile project, work/life balance tends to get lost as a priority for the company."
