"There are many good opportunities but it is up to the individual to make their own career. I still see some pockets of subtle discrimination and an old boys club mentality. "

"The culture needs to change- it's a lot of old white men in my group, with some very conservative views. It's not inclusive. A push to actually include more people of different gender and of different race would be highly beneficial. "

"This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door in the aerospace industry. There are many business units under the UTC umbrella and you have the ability to explore all through rotational programs, internships, or full time positions. "
