"I like my work and I think there are a lot of kind people at my job. I especially think that the other women are kind and supportive. I struggle with some of the men I work with, some have a difficult time working with women because their egos get in the way."

"The culture and my direct groups are understanding to the family dynamic. The policies are limiting, and the HR department actively doesn't support family time (one HR rep purposefully tried to shut down the lactation room while about ten women were using it)."

"UTC promotes women in a variety of ways, including its women-led Employee Resource Groups. The Women ERGs facilitate events to develop women's professional skills, cultivate learning, and become active in the local communities via outreach programs. We also provide excellent benefits for maternity and parental leave."
