      "This company is very conservative but realizes the importance of being more diverse and inclusive. The journey has started but will take some time. So if you join be patient and find ways to improve the culture."

      "To become more competitive, UTC Aerospace Systems has introduced a flex program that allows employees to be more flexible with work time. They have also improved their parental leave by increasing from 6 to 12 weeks for mothers and allowing fathers to take 3 or 4 weeks. Things are changing but there is still some resistance by those who have been around for a while."

      "This is a good place to work. I like recent efforts in place to increase women in operations and field positions. We have a new President who is a woman and she is very impressive."

      "We adopted our daughter in 2004. I can't remember how much paid time off I received. it was between 2-4 weeks. I then took vacation and 16 weeks unpaid leave."
