"This supplier has a very diverse culture, and has facility around the world. There are many female managers - my Supply Chain Sr. Director is female and is very good. We have many women in management and leader roles."

"I was out on medical leave for 8 months, I was able to return to my position and my manager is very flexible if I need to work from home, they allow that too."
