"The company is amazing and a great place to work. It is very male dominated, but I think that stems from the area in general that we work in. Women are slowly growing in the company and the culture is shifting."

"I had to take intermittent time off during the week to accompany my partner to chemo treatments. It was never an issue with the company; they always allowed me to take off however much time I needed to. I will be forever grateful to them for that level of flexibility. "

"We have just installed lactation rooms in the building. Clean, comfortable, great areas of privacy for new moms. We also provide paternity leave that has been very well received by the new dads."
