"I would tell other women that UTC is committed to gender diversity and is continuously improving in this area. This seems to be an area that leadership is extremely passionate about and I believe that it will only improve in the coming years. "

"I started with UTC eleven years ago and it was the best decision I have made career wise. UTC has a culture unlike any other company I have worked for. The pride they have in their employees is surreal. One of the key elements is the work life balance that they offer. I currently have a work schedule that allows me to work remote once a week. "

"While I do not currently need to take advantage of the flexible arrangements that are available, I feel very comfortable that it will be there for me when I need it. As long as you get your work done, it doesn't matter what hours you work or when you are in the office. "
