"UTC is a great employer for all employees regardless of race or gender. Flexibility depends on the job but also on whether you to choose to exercise the benefits that are available to you. UTC is encouraging its employees to participate in a flexible work arrangement that suits their needs, so long as they're in a job that allows it (i.e., not for shop floor workers...can't take your work home!)"

"It's a manufacturing facility with a lot of men in the ranks who have worked there for years. It can be intimidating at first, but you can overcome this. "
