"The organization respects the need for flexible work hours and unconventional work arrangements for whatever reasons are pressing for all employees. I have only been at UTC for a few months, but their investment in their workforce as a global organization shows that they are committed to retaining talent while pushing for success, "

"This is an old company, there are some departments that are dominated by women (Finance, HR) and others where females are few and far between (IT, Engineering). Most people in leadership roles are males, with a HUGE lack in diversity. The support from other females however is amazing. "

"We have a program called UTfleX that allows remote work. This is great for new mothers or expectant mothers. But also its really nice to have some time off from being in the office."
