"Stay away! They will try to force you out of job, it's a former military boys network, extremely toxic."

"Important to identify a woman mentor early on to help navigate company. It is valued to be adaptable and willing to move across divisions. Limited women in leadership positions and usually do not stay within the position for a long period of time."
