"They are trying. There are not a lot of women in leadership - but I don't think it's because they don't value women in leadership so much as their succession planning at the company is almost non-existent."

"It really depends on the manager. I have had FANTASTIC and extremely supportive managers. My current manager I just started working for and is going through a lot personally - so I'm still getting to know her and how supportive she is. Right now I'm just trying to be supportive of her!"

"If you aren't treated well, leave. HR is only there to support the managers and prevent lawsuits. "

"If you are a younger woman there are lots of opportunities and programs to help you excel in you career. This company has excellent benefits and pay, and the culture promotes work life balance. If you are an older woman seeking a job, unless you are an engineer, you may not be considered for an interview."
