"Not recommended for entry level women. They have good benefits and opportunity if you don't have as much of a learning curve, such as coming in for a more senior role. "

"Over the past few years, there has been a shift in the culture. There is a greater focus on flexibility in scheduling and work environment as well as overall focus on the employee experience. I believe we still have room for improvement as far as promoting women into leadership roles and equal pay, but there has been progress. "

"There is a lot of work but many managers at the world headquarters level are supportive of work/life balance. I have never felt shamed for leaving to get a sick kid. "
