      "The unions are wonderful. The benefits and time off are excellent. For an administrative position, it is a great place to work. To advance into leadership, however, is more difficult for women. Hopefully, that's changing."

      "The benefits are excellent, including time off and education premiums. If you get into the right department, you can succeed. This is definitely an employer where I would take "any" job to get in the door and work from there. "

      "Some benefits at the University are the same as state benefits, which are great. You have access to 6 weeks paid time off for maternity leave and the federal 12 weeks unpaid. "

      "There is no standard across the university. Many departments are great places to work where they allow flexing time and understand that parents need time off to take care of their kids but it isn't a guarantee."
