"It's a really great place to be for women. The maternity is great, they also do a new paternity leave now in EMEA (12 weeks paid) and benefits like health care cover the family. There needs to be more women in leadership positions in certain parts of the organisation including the one I work in. I've been very well supported in my personal career goals since joining, I couldn't recommend Salesforce highly enough."
