"Salesforce doesn't have a system in place for career growth. The company is so focused on its own growth that it doesn't have a process in place for smaller functions.
It's great for its perks and benefits. Depending on the manager you get, you might have a good or bad experience. "

"Salesforce is a great company, and they are making great efforts to drive a flexible and equitable culture. However, the experience varies from department to department and the amount of hours required to get recognition or keep up with the constantly changing environment can put a strain on your wellness and work/life balance. I do believe that leadership tries to drive a flexible, equitable culture; figuring out how to permeate this down through the management chains are the next step."

"It's not a 5 because I think the flexibility varies from department to department. While my experience has been great and would be a 5, I have colleagues in other departments that are not able to work from home or have been struggling with being able to take time away for personal issues."
