"Great company for women, in general! The co-founders (Marc Benioff and Parker Harris) are very actively focused on getting women equal pay and into leadership positions.
The one area that this is questionable in is within Infrastructure. The leadership team there is not as actively involved in promoting women. It's more of a "men's club" there."

"While there is an Equality team and equal pay audit, you still need to fight for your promotions and visibility like any other tech company. The hours can be very long and there isn’t a lot of work life balance because everyone here is very type A and move very fast. "

"Salesforce doesn't have a system in place for career growth. The company is so focused on its own growth that it doesn't have a process in place for smaller functions.
It's great for its perks and benefits. Depending on the manager you get, you might have a good or bad experience. "
