"They are trying to progress towards an increasingly inclusive culture. However top positions (VP and above) are a bit of a good ol boys club."

"Do not work there. It is not the best place to work for us.
You'll be harassed by colleagues, managers and HR wont do nothing for you"

"12 weeks fully paid maternity leave plus the option to come back part time for 4 weeks after.
There are few women in leadership roles outside of your traditional "women leadership roles". The professional services group is woefully underserved in women's leadership.
Most departments have a pretty flexible work/life environment and there are a lot of people who work remotely. "
