"There is appears to be a definite ceiling. Positions with higher pay, more opportunities tend to go to men. Getting an interview for other areas is very difficult, most will talk to you informally, but an actual interview is hard to snag. Your referrals of your friends and family to positions will most likely not even get a phone screen. "

"I would say that out of all of the employers that I have worked for in my career, Schwab is the most diverse in terms of hiring and equitable in terms of treatment of women in the workplace."

"Employees with non-exempt status have less flexibility than exempt employees. It makes sense for certain roles that require customer service support where shifts apply. It would be great if more flexibility was offered in non-exempt positions where shifts are not applicable."
