"Make sure you are a good fit with your management. Some employees are put in a management position, and their expectations and the expectations of the culture vary greatly, or they are brought in and are not understanding of the culture. Make sure your expectations of the position match your manager's and that you are in a position of growth, or your career may be hindered, or you will be encouraged to move to a different department in order to grow your career. "

"Great support, depending on the department/team for which you work. Historically, there has been support for identifying potential growth as long as it supports enterprise goals (which I think is entirely reasonable)."

"Overall positive. There is some room for improvement in balancing out senior executives with more women and people of color. There are some groups that are much more diverse than others. "

"There is a strong preference for always working in the office. The ability to work from home regularly would be better for both parents and help retain younger employees. "

"Their leave has improved since I had my children in the early 2000's. I could use sick time and vacation time and was paid only as disability at the time. They do have a much more generous maternity (and paternity) leave policy now. "
