"Be careful of people within the business that claim they are an ally. Verbal allyship to your face is one thing but quite another when you are not there. A lot of push for DEI that is more superficial considering they foster poor and unprofessional behaviors by way of promoting and moving around problems (both men and women). Pay is competitive but always negotiate for more in bonus, days off, starting salary range."

"Relatively progressive for an Oil Company albeit very white male dominated at the very top. Maternity benefits recently changed to 16 weeks. "
