The benefits are good except that NO Fertility services are covered outside of general diagnostics), the remote work option is extremely helpful, and the pay is typically average for the role. There are a lot of support groups (ERGs) and I enjoy working there. I would just be mindful of the position you are looking for long term / the work involved to obtain it as well as the lack of Flex Time. "
