"Sony has been a great place to work while starting a family. I've been fortunate to work with a team (and have a manager) who are all passionate about what we do, but also prioritize work-life balance. "

"Women are well respected. They have an unlimited vacation policy and flex Fridays during the summer so that employees have more time with their families."
