"It may appear that they value diversity, but they are more interested in checking a box and getting on lists they buy their way into. The senior women don't even support other women. Almost all of the leaders of their women's network have been the victims of restructuring."

"There are a number of women in senior leadership roles here, but close to 60% were hired externally. It's difficult to grow in corporate functions and mid-level women have a tendency to feel stuck here."

"It largely depends on who your boss is and what group/division you're in. Flexibility and salary, room for growth/advancement varies largely between departments. The more connections you have at a higher level the better chances for advancement and career growth."
