"Women are frequently ignored and disrespected in meetings. Leadership is pretty glossy (and negligent) about responding to direct and indirect claims of harassment. "

"It’s a great place to work with wonderful colleagues. There are way more men on the sales team than women, particularly in field sales and there can be of a “tough guy” dynamic sometimes. Lots of sports metaphors and talk of killing it and being tough. Colleagues support one another and the company culture is good! Good intent is there"
