"Flexibility can be very manager dependent but in the teams I've worked for, my colleagues have been respectful and treat you like an adult who can manage her own schedule. That said, many teams work hard and the total number of hours may be somewhat high, which limits flexibility somewhat."

"In 2022, Takeda updated parental leave benefit. 12 week paid bonding leave for any parent. 6-8 weeks paid short term disability for birthing parent. My understanding of this policy is for birthing parents, this actually means 18-20 weeks leave (they are meant to be taken back to back). Very excited about this update."

"Do not work here. It's a terrible culture. Burnout is expected. Management is suffocating at best. "
