"Good company with good benefits. Most managers are flexible. Good maternity leave but a lot of political play goes on here."

"Be firm when negotiating salary and title. They tend to make it seem like there are better candidates to intimidate you into lowering your demands and expectations."

"Flexibility all depends on your department, boss, management style. The company as a whole may be flexible but your boss usually has the final word on expectations. "
