"This is a company where you can accomplish big things and contribute in significant ways. The policies, culture, and benefits support women to achieve equally here. I have two young kids and feel like I've been empowered to do the best work of my career at Tanium. "

"This is a mostly white male company but they want to hire more women and the culture is open and flexible to change, so with more of us, will come the change to make the company more diverse and the culture more inclusive. Work is meaningful and there is a definite ability to make an impact, even for other teams or customers that are not your own. Joining is tough but once you're here, they really believe in promoting within and empowering you to act as an agent of the company at all times, so where you end up, is largely up to you :)"

"I think like many tech companies it is easy to be put off by the fact that there are almost only men and to expect there to be little support for things like parental leave. That hasn't been the case for me and again, I have been allowed to create a fairly flexible work schedule. My job is very project focused, however, and I am a remote worker and other positions may have different expectations. "

"Inclusivity amongst females and males doesn't really exist there. If you want a promotion, it's going to be about who you can please vs the contribution you make the the company. "
