"Depending on which department you work in, your flexibility can range from 0 to 5. In my department, we can work remotely and in the office depending on your schedule needs. During COVID, we worked 100% remotely since some on my team had children at home. My boss believes that family is more important than work so she supports us when our family life needs our attention. From a professional perspective, reporting to a female SVP who supports me and my career goals has helped me grow as a leader and expand my skill set during my tenure."
