"Good mission with a friendly workplace culture, lots of young hungry talent which will inspire you to do your best. Great health benefits and work/life balance (depending on what team you sit on).
However, it is very hard to progress here or advance your career as a woman unless you are a special group at the top. Strong pushback against anyone to expresses labor, salary and diversity concerns, no real moves to make a change to its workplace culture. "
