"Speaking for office positions, the work hours are good, salary is good, and there is an opportunity to excel independent of gender. Terex has a program focused on improving the workplace for women and helping women advance which is not found in many other companies. "

"There is a time-off policy that is clearly defined but I feel that taking time off seems to be frowned upon. Additionally, I believe the maternity leaves and benefits for working mothers are very small and inflexible compared to what other companies are doing and to what Terex itself does in other countries where this industry is unionized and there are laws that cover this subject. "They have been working very hard on equality, especially in a manufacturing setting. It is hard to get ahead out side of an office and a degree. This place allows you to move up based on experience, not a piece of paper and student loans."
