"The flexibility for exempt team members is awesome for the most part. However, there are many non-exempt/hourly positions that do not have much flexibility so it creates an issue of perceived unfairness for those who do not reap the benefits of having additional flexibility in their current positions. It would be nice if there were other options made available for non-exempt/hourly team members. "

"I feel very blessed to have this position and work for my employer. I have had very wonderful female mentors and bosses that have been concerned with my growth and development as well as provide me opportunities to be successful. The amount of flexibility and work life balance depends on the role and location. "
