"Do not be intimidated about the business being construction equipment! There are plenty of other women throughout the company from the Production floor to the Service and other Office jobs."

"This large company is progressing and on a path of strategic change. There are many widespread initiatives for personal development, diversity and improvement, although there appears to be more focus and drive in the North Amercial region than any other country."
