"Terex has been implementing many initiatives to advance women in the workplace. The recent revision of leave policies as well as implementation of "flex time" at certain sites are two examples of progress. It is clear that the leadership team cares, understands, and is working towards making the organization a better environment for women. It has been uplifting to see that there is so much attention placed on the subject. It is also motivating to see that the company is not afraid to promote women to high level leadership positions that would have traditionally been perceived as roles for men."

"Terex is a fun, challenging place to work. There are high expectations to do your best with a culture that applauds hard work and creativity while not focusing on the amount of time you are at your desk. I appreciate the ability to flex my day for my kids' school off days and enjoy being able to work remote when needed. The length of time team members has been with the company ranges from days to decades. I love the fresh perspectives of new team members along with the wisdom of some of our legacy teams. The combination of knowledge is so valuable when trying to move a company forward."
