"Although I have only worked here a short time I already feel as though Terex make an extra effort in regards to women in the work place -today for example is a celebration for International Womens Day. I am invited to all meetings and allowed to voice my opinions where this hasn't been the case in other companies."

"Although Terex operates in a male oriented field - this Company promotes the inclusion and advancement of women, which I genuinely appreciate. There is a prominent Women at Terex initiative and events held throughout the year to benefit both women and men. Everyone is very respectful that I have worked with and dealt with, no matter what your gender is. The Company is focused on identifying and retaining top talent, no matter what your gender is."
