      "I appreciate the fact that Terex promotes the very values that I try and follow through life - integrity, respect, improvement, servant leadership, courage and citizenship. The leadership team at Terex is very committed to an initiative called Women@Terex, which aims to bring awareness throughout the organization, ensure women feel both included and support, and create an environment where they can thrive in the workplace."

      "Terex has competitive wages, excellent health benefits, excellent vacation time, family oriented and my supervisor accepts flexible work hours. There are many men within leadership roles. There is a focus on hiring women at Terex that it can feel insincere at times. There are certain men in leadership roles that point out gender differences. The best working environment is when we don't talk about gender and we just focus on getting the job done and it does not depend on gender. "

      "The employer is not standing in line to tell me that my work hours can be flexible to address family/personal situations. If I request flexibility or just make it happen, my supervisor accepts it. The men in my department can make me feel "guilty" when I have flexible hours. It's something I know is important to my family and me, therefore if Terex wants to retain me, it is important to Terex as well. My husband also works at Terex. Both my husband and I travel. Terex has respect for our family and does not require both of us to travel at the same time due to our young children at home. "
