"Terex has given me the opportunity to step up and present my ideas, despite my young age and gender. Cranes (and construction in general) is historically a male dominated industry, especially in customer facing roles, engineering, and production. But Terex has given me the opportunity to step out and be a female face for the company. It has taken more time to earn the respect of others in the industry than it has to earn respect at Terex."

"By its nature, manufacturing itself is not flexible and that is difficult to change and is not limited to Terex. But Terex does a great job of allowing departments that do not impact production delivery times to have flexibility. "

"Terex is a place where you can both grow your career but also enjoy your life outside of the workplace. There are opportunities to wear many hats and gain extensive experience. The new emphasis on flexible work and global diversity is a testament to the dedication of the leadership team to become a more inclusive and a best place to work in the industry. "
