"Ask early on development and advancement or the management isn’t going to support you. It is a great place to work, but also horrible at the same time. "

"Terex is a great place to work for men and women. Can be daunting at first, but there is great emphasis placed on Safety and Team Spirit as well as Production. "

"Provided you have the right manager (and the majority are now in this category) Terex is a terrific place for a woman to work. There is a lot of support and encouragement for women and they are empowered to progress. "

"The level of flexibility granted is linked to the individual manager involved, managers have a lot of autonomy. Some appear more confident than others to be flexible. More HR driven policies across the board would help alleviate this. Terex seems to allow local customs and practices dominate which results in pockets and areas of inflexibility. Personally, I have a very flexible manager. My previous manager was not flexible, this was problematic. I believe this may be addressed via Managing For Success training program but I am not sure. "

"In UK and N. Ireland there is an excellent enhanced maternity leave policy.
After a short qualifying period there is a very competitive package available."
