"I enjoy working at Terex and would recommend it to both men and women. I have never felt at a disadvantage because I am a woman. But it is a male dominated workplace so sometimes it can feel that family friendly policies are available but maybe not promoted."

"I have been working here for over 12 years. I have a good team however it is very difficult to get up the ladder here. There is also no room for negotiating any payrise, you just get the cost of living. I believe they pay outside recruits a lot better than internal recruits."
