"There is still some aspects of the "good old boys network". The highest leadership positions and most technical leadership positions are still exclusively male. Every once in a while, you will also run into situations where your opinion is not as highly valued as a man's opinion. I can often say the same things as male counterparts but it isn't heard until repeated by a man. That said, I think Terex is trying to improve this everyday. My direct leadership is very supportive and this company is definitely worth your attention and application."

"I'm interested in the new flexible arrangement pilot launching this year and hope people make use of the policy. When I've communicated with my manager, I've been able to have work life balance most of the time, but during close periods, there's not a lot of flexibility or time off to be used."
