"At Terex if you have good ideas you will be heard and you can make a difference. Leadership is very approachable and is supportive of diversity. Don't let the fact that Terex is a manufacturer of heavy equipment throw you off. Women can thrive at this company. We have many female engineers and value the perspective they bring. We have a vibrant and active Women@Terex initiative that has been in place for a number of years."

"I’m happy to see an emphasis being placed on women in the company in the last year. They have specifically focused on developing future female leaders, which is really important to me at this point in my career. "

"Overall it is a good place to work, a lot of potential although I do think the policies particular in comparison to other companies in the area need improved for work life balance and maternity pay/leave."
