"Terex has always allowed me to pursue what I was interested in, If I felt that I could make an impact and was persuasive they encouraged me to make the best of it. I really appreciate that in Terex, they believed in me just as much as I believed in me. "

"I enjoy the challenging work environment at Terex. The business is constantly evolving making it a very dynamic environment. This kind of demand can be exhausting at times and is not likely for everyone.
As for being a women in a male dominated industry, I have always been treated with respect and as an equal. They have worked with me through having 2 children, allowing me to work part time and come back to work at my own pace. I feel very fortunate to work for an employer that values me enough to allow me to work a flexible schedule."

"Terex has been very flexible with my work schedule since having kids. I am not sure this exists for all employees equally. For example, women working on the shop floor are not able to work part time due to the nature of the work. I work in the office and therefor have more flexibility."

"This is an interesting company with a lot of opportunities and great leadership. There is flexibility with respect to work/life balance and the ability to define your role and make it into what you want. The lack of many women in leadership roles shouldn't deter any one from working here - the opportunity is here."

"I love the Diversity and the promotion of women in the workplace and in leadership roles. That was one of the things that was an important factor in my decision to come to work at Terex. Most but not all people I work with are very supportive of me as a woman in a management role."

"I feel that putting in 40+ hours a week should allow me some flexibility to leave an hour early and not have to use PTO. I would like to set my own hours so I can come to work earlier and leave at a decent time so i can spend time with my daughter - work life balance."
