"There is a lot of career support for salaried women as far as mentorships, training, employee resource groups. The benefits are standard and nothing above and beyond. It's made clear that Goodyear will never be fully remote. "

"The women in leadership do help one-another, but it is not a forward-looking culture and many men in leadership positions have wives that stay at home and are therefore not as understanding of the need for balance for women or that women can accomplish as much in their career."
