"It is awesome to see three women represented on the executive leadership team including: the Head of Human Resources, Chief Financial Officer and Head of Marketing. All are committed to empowering other women to succeed. However, there are still several pockets of the company where women are under-represented in the executive ranks such as investment management, actuarial, and IT. Flexible work arrangements are prevalent in some areas but opinions of remote work is unfavorable in others, it truly depends on the area and role. There is a very strong women's employee resource group and numerous activities sponsored by that team. Women are treated fairly.

"Before I joined the world of insurance I thought a career in insurance as a female marketer would be boring and unfulfilling. Boy was I wrong! In the short time I've spent with the company (approx. 3 years) I've been presented countless opportunities to develop my career, skills and experience! I feel like I have finally found a company who inspires me to be the very best version of myself and fully supports how high I want to climb."
