"I absolutely love working for The Hartford! Before I came from a prominently male dominated industry (automotive) and found it very challenging to grow my career further there. Joining a large company like Hartford has many more opportunities that I didn't have before. Advancing my career why I joined The Hartford and only three years in and on to my second opportunity! After joining I also found the culture here is like nothing I've ever experienced before in my career. Kudos to HIG for placing their culture and inclusion at the top!"

"Love The Hartford! Work from home flexibility that helps tremendously when you need to juggle life - appointments, soccer games! Tremendous focus on keeping employees healthy & appreciate seeing senior leaders working out at our on-site fitness center in Hartford!"

"The culture here is the best I've ever experienced and has only improved in the time I've been employed here. The Hartford's is very inclusive of everyone and offers several Employee Resource Groups to help us stay connected and bring our full selves to work."
