"Love, love, love working at The Hartford. I am a software developer by trade and have found my home with The Hartford. Their inclusive allows me to bring my full self to work. They offer several ERGs to be part of including a Professional Women's Network. Outside of their ERGs there is a new community group in tech & data called Women in Technology. The company also offers Lean In Circles and several resources to help develop their employees skills."
