"The environment is very unhealthy. It's difficult for independent thinkers to succeed. Unfortunately, there are many womenin power, but they do not build each other up. Everyone is constantly looking for ways to cut each other down or promote themselves at the cost of others. Lying and gaslighting is deeply rooted in leadership practices. "
