"There are a lot of strong, intelligent women working within Thomson Reuters at all levels and across all geographies; however, at the highest levels (Board, ExCom) it is still dominantly white-male. More to be done, but the company invests in the development of female leaders and has made conscious strides to address gender equality through practices and policies. "
