"A commitment from our Board to see 40% of women in senior leadership positions by 2020. A select number of female development programs. Great parental leave policies. The best company I've worked for when it comes to flexible working (and trusting employees to do what's expected of them to deliver). "

"Your manager and department are key for promotion opportunities, and female managers are not necessarily enthusiastic sponsors for professional development. There is very little room for movement within, for example, the editorial function of the Legal business. "
